Performance & Process Improvement-

We can partner with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize low dollar, low resource, quick hit performance improvement opportunities to increase operational performance and capabilities, customer engagement and satisfaction and improve service level and financial performance.


Expect us to:

  1. Conduct elicitation sessions to gain an understanding of the organization’s needs and identify, document and prioritize performance improvement opportunities.

  2. Analyze performance and operational data to support process improvement recommendations to organizational leadership.

  3. Facilitate requirement-gathering and design sessions with technical and non-technical staff.

  4. Identify and assimilate technical and business requirements for solution.

  5. Develop detailed work plans.

  6. Identify the impact technical changes will have across the organization.

  7. Coordinate activities with information technology (IT) and project management office (PMO) leadership.

  8. Leverage existing PMO tools and process models whenever appropriate.

  9. Implement identified improvement initiatives leveraging the appropriate resources and technologies across entities.

  10. Communicate project status (timeline and budget) to appropriate steering and leadership teams

  11. Partner with functional leaders, HR and Communications to ensure smooth organizational transitions.

  12. Collaborate with key stakeholders as necessary to resolve issues.

  13. Ensure clean-hand off and support stabilization for deployed initiatives.

  14. Create training plans for newly delivered solutions.

  15. Support development or revision of operational process documents.

  16. Develop and execute metrics to validate success of implementation.
